All The Okoyes Unite In AndCo For Father's Burial

All the Okoyes turned out in their town over the past few days for the burial of their father who died last November. The service of songs and funeral ceremoney held Thursday and Friday respectively, see photos.

Today, before they all return to their busy lifestyle, the family gathered together for a final family photo. Pictured above are PSquare's Peter and Paul with their beautiful wives as well as their fashion designer brother, and brother in law, actor Emma Emordi, all rocking matching 'andco' outfits. Jude, Peter & Paul Okoye's Father Buried - All The Photos

Peter, Paul and Jude Okoye lost their dad in November 2014, read here, and the burial took place today. PSquare’s father, Chief Moses Okoye, was laid to rest at his hometown in Ifitedunu, Anambra State. The burial started with a Service of Songs on Thursday evening after which Peter and Paul paid a courtesy visit to the monarch of the village. Earlier today, there was a burial mass at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Ifitedunu.

Peter Okoye and wife Lola Omotayo-Okoye first shared pictures as they arrived in Anambra, both wearing white. Peter captioned his picture, ‘In Anambra… RIP DADDY’. Paul also shared a few pictures from the gathering as well as appreciative words for his wife.

With the release of official photos, we also see Jude Okoye their eldest brother. Also spotted at the funeral is Nollywood actor Osita Iheme. See photos below...

Peter Okoye of PSquare and his elder brother and manager, Jude Okoye are spending quality time with their siblings and in-laws after their wives and children along with Paul Okoye travelled. Jude Okoye & Kifycutie Welcome New Baby - Princess Emma Adanna Okoye

Jude Okoye, the elder brother, manager and video director of musical twins, PSquare, has welcomed his first child, a daughter with wife, Ify. The child was born in the United States over the weekend and has been named Princess Emma Adanna Okoye.

Her name, Adanna - first daughter of her father - is also for their dad who passed away just last week [read here]. Jude, the proud dad, shared the picture immediately below with the caption;

As we mourn the passing of our Dad, please help us thank the Lord for His newest gift of life, our bundle of joy Princess Emma. All glory to God the father..

PSquare Loses Dad Two Years After Mom Passed Away

The Okoye family have lost their patriarch as their dad is reported to have died earlier today, as reportedby Linda Ikeji;

Two years after losing their mum, the Okoye boys have lost their father. Mr Okoye died today November 24th.

A source close to the family told LIB exclusively that the late Mr. Okoye recently had a successful knee surgery and was about going for physiotherapy when he just fell. So sad. May his soul rest in peace...Amen.

Psquare's 'Personally' Is Most Watched African Video With Over 30million Views

PSquare, made up of twins Peter and Paul Okoye are one of the best known pop musicians in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.

The duo have not hidden the fact that they are big Michael Jackson fans. So it seems fitting that it is their video, Personally, a tribute to the late King of Pop that has just broken a record for the duo as the most watched Youtube Music Video by an African musician/Duo..

Their brother Jude Engees Okoye, who is also their manager and often the director of their videos shared the picture above to congratulate the group. He wrote the caption;

Peter and Paul Okoye were performing yesterday when Peter misjudged the width of the walkway path and fell off the stage. He announced it on Instagram, saying;

PSquare Releases Music Video For Single Ejeajo

Peter and Paul Okoye (P-Square) have released the new music video for EJEAJO featuring US Grammy winning rapper, TI. The song reminds me of the old disco songs of the 80s, catchy tune and very danceable. The video is directed by Clarence Peters and their elder brother and manager, Jude Okoye.

Three new singles from the duo has been released, EJEAJO and SHEKINI, both produced by Vtek; and BRING IT ON featuring guitarist/trombonist Dave Scott and produced by Rudeboy.

For His Number 1 Family - Peter Okoye Gives Reasons He Was Absent at Brother's Wedding

Peter has continued sharing pictures of himself as not involved in his elder brother Jude's wedding, causing some of his fans to question his loyalty and priorities.

While he had previously kept quiet, he has now replied to some of the queries on social media. For those that outrightly insult him, he has BLOCKED them.

In his replies to the criticisms, Peter says his "number 1 family for now" is the one he built. He defends his actions by pointing out that a parent has to cater more to his children than his siblings, asking, "which blood is thicker than the 1 of my children?"

Peter Okoye and Lola Omotayo Stir Controversy For Shunning Jude's Wedding

No one is sure yet that Peter Okoye and his wife Lola were not present at his elder brother Jude's wedding to Ify Umeokeke. We may just later find out he was, and this is another PR stunt.

But Peter has been sharing pictures of himself travelling and chilling in a hotel with friends. And that has caused some falling out among his fans, some calling him to order and others defending him.

The traditional wedding between Jude Okoye of PSquare and his wife Ify Umeokeke is going down in Nnewi right now! The stars are out to celebrate the latest couple!

The bride is decked out in pink for her second outfit while the ladies Aso-ebi is in blue. Before this, she rocked a traditional two piece with her sisters for the maiden dance.

Daddy Time - Peter Okoye Teaching His Children to Play Guitar

Peter Okoye of Psquare has just bought three guitars, one adult-size for himself and the other two kid-sized for his son and daughter - Cameron and Aliona. 

I guess he wants to encourage them to follow his footsteps in music. He says he would have bought one for his wife Lola Omotayo too, but "if she has to play, she'l need to cut off her nails".

Peter and Paul Okoye of P-Square are currently in Niger Republic and have taken time out of their busy schedule to donate provisions to underprivileged children in the famine-ravaged country.
